Reservations & Cancellations

Marina Motel Office Hours:  9am - 9pm

Check-In: 3pm
Check-Out: 11am
If you need an early arrival or late checkout, just ask and we will try to accommodate you. Please call for after hour arrivals.

Reservations: A one night deposit is required to make a reservation. Reservations made within the two week cancellation period will be charged in full. Reservations for holiday and/or special events will be charged in full. We accept Visa, MC, Discover, and American Express. If preferred, and time allows, a check or money order can be mailed in and must be received within 7 days of making the reservation.  

Rates: Rates have both a cash and non cash price. Call for best rates. Pay with cash and save!

Minimum Stay: There are no minimum night stays Sunday through Thursday, however, some weekends require a two night stay with some weekends and holidays requiring three nights. There are exceptions and times when there are not any minimums so please call or email us to inquire about your desired weekend(s).

Cancellations: Cancellations made prior to 14 days of your scheduled arrival date will result in a service charge of 20% of your entire stay or a minimum of $30, whichever is greater. Cancellations within 14 days of your scheduled arrival will result in no refund whatsoever. Reservations for holidays and/or special events are non refundable. There are no discounts or refunds for early departures.

Room Occupancy: All rooms are double occupancy. There is a $20 charge for any additional persons. Cots are also available for an additional $20 per cot.

No Smoking in Any Rooms: Property is non smoking except for designated smoking area.
